Our Store Policies
It's simple, you have 30 days from
the invoice date to return the product should you desire not to keep it for any
reason OR for no reason. The product must be returned in excellent
condition with all accessories, paperwork and in the original boxes. Enclose a copy of your invoice and make sure ship the product back
in a matter that the delivery can be traced. We will exchange or refund
your purchase (except shipping) once we verify everything is present and
undamaged. No RA number is needed.
Software PLB's and books
can not be returned (except for replacement) if defective. Any questions
just drop us a

Shipping: In most cases orders are shipped the same day IF received by
1:00PM Central Time. Normally we ship UPS. No orders are shipped over the
weekend or official holidays. Shipping between December 24th and January 1
is limited.
